Well friends, I've been experimenting with e-publishing and I put together a handful of short stories I wrote for college writing classes and short-story exercises. In case anyone is curious, you can find my endeavor under the pen name, Seth Eborn. The title of the collection is A Bridge and Other Short Stories. It's only $0.99 and you'd be supporting a starving artist. Go check it out. Buy it if you'd like. Recommend it if you would. Thanks for your patronage.
Go you! Seth Eborn? I need more details - why this pen-name?
ReplyDeleteI need to get a Kindle - like I've said, I'm kind of technically behind the times. Is there anyway to purchase this without an e-reader? Or is that just the lamest question anyone's ever asked?
Kim, I'm glad you asked. There are actually a number of ways you can purchase and read said compilation. You can read it on a kindle, on an iPad, on an iPod, on a Nook, or on a Sony E-Reader. You can also download the Kindle App from Amazon to your computer desktop and read it there. It is, sadly, only in digital format, so you would have to have an e-reader, or something akin, to read it. But it's super cool, if I do say so myself.
ReplyDeleteSeth is my middle name, and my grandfather's name, and the only man in the old testament described as "perfect". Coincidence, I'm sure. And Eborn is my great-grandfather's surname on my grandmother's side. I'm not really sure why I published under a pen name, except that I'm not sure that I wanted to taint my own name with such drivel. :)
Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, you may only be able to read it from a Kindle, or the Kindle app. But that still means you can read it on an iPad, an iPod, a Kindle, or your desktop. I don't think it's compatible with the Sony EReader or the Nook. But I could be mistaken.
